COVID-19

Hello Inver Hills Church Family, including all who have been or will be watching live or via our website or YouTube.

As much as it pains me to suspend services at Inver Hills Church, I prayerfully believe it is the responsible thing to do. Once the Governor of Minnesota and the President of the United States asked to stop having gatherings of more than 10, it became a Biblical mandate at this point in my eyes.

Rom 13:1, “1 Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.”

I encourage you as you continue your activities from home or in the workplace to put worship on in the background and stay in an attitude of worship. Encourage and support one another in prayer and loving benevolence. Give to those in need and pray for all.

I have had a building spiritual excitement and expectation of an impending move of God. We at Inver Hills church are committed to keeping the fires of revival stoked with our prayers and worship as we continue to live stream His presence and His Word to bring hope and the message of the healing Savior Jesus Christ to all who will listen.

Please continue to join us on Sunday mornings at 10 AM or at your convenience as we go forward in pursuit of a closer walk with our loving God.

Our ability to serve you relies almost completely upon your continued generous support for which we are deeply grateful. Please help us in this most critical time of need. You can give securely online at ihchurch.com or by texting “ihchurch app” to 77977, and then follow the link to install the app. The app is also an excellent way for us to send you information on upcoming services and events. We take this opportunity again to thank all of you for your generosity and faithfulness.

I pray that you use all wisdom in taking every precaution to remain healthy and isolate as necessary. Please let us know if you do become sick, so we can pray for your speedy recovery.

It is our honor to continue to serve you through this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Pastor Bart Thompson
